The Chinese Shar-Pei Club of America, Inc., one of the largest breed clubs in the United States, continues to function and act as a voice for the breed through public education, judges education, rescue networks, breeder referrals, its fifty-six affiliated clubs, veterinary medical research, National and Regional specialties and official publications. It produces a bimonthly magazine, “The Barker,” which is filled with information about the Shar-Pei.
